Analysis of target group shows that guests of Atlantis the Palm are people with extraordinary income who appreciate news and technological facilities. Answering to those needs, iLumio offered two unique products: mobile application and interactive touch screen (kiosk). Mobile application may not designed only for improving guests experience and enable direct reservation, but also for selling services and reservations offered by hotel. Interactive touch screen is perfect tool for point to point navigaton in hotel and also for checking information about available attractions – restaurants, shops and events.
